8 – 10 – 11. “Boss’ Weekend” has been entered into the Las Vegas Comedy Film Festival with more festival submissions to follow. Wish us luck!

4 – 4 – 11. It’s the day you have all been waiting for. Or, at least, the day we at Wood Pictures have been waiting for. Our newest short film, “Boss’ Weekend”, is now available to view online. Hooray!

1 – 27 – 11. It’s finally happened! Every single episode of “Roomies!” is now on YouTube.

9 – 26 – 10. Today we shot our newest short, “Boss’ Weekend.” Filming was a success and the footage looks great thanks to our amazing DP, Will Wernick, and the Canon 5D. Looking forward to unleashing this upon the public! Next stop…picture edit.

9 – 15 – 10. Wood Pictures will be digitally remastering episodes from Season 1 of “Roomies!” to upload onto YouTube!

6 – 3 – 10. Wood Pictures has begun preproduction on our fourth short film, “Boss’ Weekend.” Keep you posted on the status!

5 – 14 – 10. Tonight we will be holding the premier screening of our new short film, “She’s Coming Home.” For those of you unable to attend, just sit tight. The film will be available to view in its entirety right here on our website beginning Tuesday, May 18th. That’s right, next Tuesday. Meaning “Roomies!” will be taking a one-week hiatus. However, we at Wood Pictures feel this is a small price to pay in order to see the new short.

4 – 18 – 10. Just finished editing our newest short film, “She’s Coming Home.” To be honest, we’re really looking forward to debuting this one. It’s quite a bit different than anything Wood Pictures has done in the past. So, sit pretty cause we’ll be premiering it shortly!

4 – 13 – 10. The wait is finally over. The premier episode of the second season of “Roomies!” is now online.

How old are we? One. That’s right. It was exactly a year ago when Wood Pictures began with the shooting of “Third Wheel.” Doing pretty well for a one-year old, don’t you think?

2 – 27 – 10. Good news! We wrapped one location for our new short film, “She’s Coming Home.” Now, onto the next locations and then we will have an official wrap party…maybe. That would rock though, wouldn’t it?

1 – 11 – 10. Wood Pictures has just settled into its new location in North Hollywood, CA. We are in the midst of planning season two of “Roomies,” which we promise to be superior to the first season in every way. More laughs, more plot, more action, more camera angles, and maybe even a couple cameos. Who knows what we’ll throw your way. Just know we wouldn’t be able to accomplish any of this without our wonderful viewers!

11 – 13 – 09. Happy day! Today marks the publication of our very first piece of press. Thank you Times Call of Longmont, CO.

11 – 6 – 09. The season one finale of “Roomies” has just been posted. So, grab yourself a tissue (it’s a tearjerker).

9 – 27 – 09. On Sunday, October 4th, at 7pm we will be screening some of the best “Roomies” episodes in Denver as part of Impulse Theater’s AfterMass.

8 – 28 – 09. “Roomies” episodes are now up on Funny or Die! Please take a moment to watch and rate them all as being funny (lie if you must).

5 – 29 – 09. “Third Wheel” is finally done. We will be sending it out to festivals with a vengeance! Keep you posted on the responses.

4 – 26 -09. “Third Wheel” ADR sessions are done!!…. Finally. So now it’s on to the music and then we’re golden!

3 – 22 -09. This weekend we shot “Partly Sunny…” and it went great! Thanks so much to Jeff and his family, Mark and Christi!

3 – 16 -09. This weekend we’re shooting another short entitled “Partly Sunny With A Chance Of Sneeze”. It’s the harrowing tale of a man who wants nothing more than to read his new book. However, something keeps it out of his grasp, and he quickly makes enemies with the largest of all antagonists… the sun!

I’m really excited about this one, it’s an idea we’ve been kicking around for a couple years. Still don’t know if we’re going to go for internet upload or festivals. We’ll let you know. PEACE!
